How To fall in love with water?

Water is necessary as a daily routine which can be maintained through easy and simple steps that makes you fall in love with water just as your body.





Drinking water regularly can be a difficult habit to maintain but drinking water will help you avoid fatigue, muscle soreness, anxiety, headaches, depression, irritability and many more. So all you wanna do is learn how to trick yourself into drinking more water.


Make it a routine

Adapting to routines in our daily life can be with drinking water too! put a bottle of water on your bedside and drink whenever you wake up and remember to take it to bed and drink before you sleep.



Take it everywhere

Try as well buying yourself a fancy looking bottle that you will love to carry anywhere with you and fill it with cold water, that way the bottle will always be in your eyesight.





Add flavor

Another awesome way that can help you tolerate the taste of water more is when you add flavors to it such as fruits, herbs, thyme and cucumber. You can also mix and match different ingredients for more excitement ;).





Set a timer or use an app

Set a reminder either on your phone or on your watch to drink water a few times each hour though this can be annoying at first but then you’ll get used to it; another way is using an app which your phone offers plenty of free apps to help you track how much water you drink daily.
